An automatic crude oil sampler is an intelligent system designed to collect representative crude oil samples automatically from pipelines, storage terminals, marine loading systems and transfer stations. Compared with manual sampling, it improves accuracy, safety and operational efficiency while reducing human interference.
ZNYB automatic crude oil samplers are widely used in crude oil pipelines, oil storage terminals, refineries, marine loading and unloading facilities, custody-transfer metering systems and oilfield gathering stations.
The system supports multiple nominal pressure grades: 1.6 MPa, 2.5 MPa, 4.0 MPa, 6.0 MPa and 10.0 MPa.
The standard explosion-proof grade is Ex d II BT4. Customized explosion-proof configurations are available according to project requirements.
